Collegium Musicale launched a video for Arvo Pärt 85th birthday

The chamber choir Collegium Musicale launched a video of the work “Da pacem Domine” for Arvo Pärt’s 85th birthday, which was performed by the choir and the Rascher Saxophone Quartet at the Pärt Days concert “Summa”.

Tonight, Collegium Musical will perform under the direction of Tõnu Kaljuste with the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir and the Tallinn Chamber Orchestra at Arvo Pärt’s birthday concert within the framework of Pärt’s Days. “It is a great pleasure to celebrate this day together. This video is our gift to the maestro,” said conductor Endrik Üksvärav. “Arvo Pärt’s music affects different people in different parts of the world, regardless of their gender, nationality or religion. We can only be happy that we have such a composer. Lots of strength and health to him! ”
